Generation Cars takes care of the information you give us. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the number of passengers, pickup and drop-off places, your flight number (for airport transfers), any notes you add, and the details of your booking and its payment status.
Card payments
Card payments are handled by Absa Bank (Seychelles) Limited through CyberSource. You enter your card details on the bank’s secure page. We never see, receive or store your card number. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, with a transaction reference.
Why we use it
We use your details to arrange and confirm your booking, to contact you about it (for example, if your flight changes), to take payment, and to keep the records we are required to keep by law. We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who need it to deliver your booking: our drivers and staff, Absa Bank / CyberSource for card payments, and Resend, the service that delivers our booking emails. We also share it with the authorities if the law requires us to, for example after an accident.
Where it is kept
Booking records are kept on a secure server in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), protected by encryption in transit and restricted staff access.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Cookies and third parties
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff area uses one cookie to keep staff signed in. To show the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of normal web traffic. All photos are served from our own site.
Your rights
